Rusty Dawson
Rusty began his counseling journey around 2016 while helping at a men's recovery home. Coming from a background of addictions and PTSD, Rusty was passionate about assisting others facing similar challenges. In 2017, he earned his level 1 certification through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC). After obtaining this certification, Rusty started his academic path at The Master's University, studying biblical counseling and theology. Following his BA, he began his MTS at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Once he completed his schooling, he resumed training with ABC and finished his level 2 certification in 2025. Rusty's main focus has been relational counseling and training, along with study in PTSD and addictions.
